Most coaches believe change is slow. That it takes months of sessions to shift a client’s behavior, mindset, or pattern.
That belief is wrong — and it’s costing your clients time they don’t have.
Identity-level change can happen in a single session when you know how to create the conditions for it. That is exactly what the RESET Identity Intervention is designed to do.
Here’s the structure:
R — Responsibility. The client owns the pattern. No victims, no circumstances.
E — Extract the Rule. What belief is running this pattern? Name it precisely.
S — See the Cost. Make the cost of keeping the rule undeniable. Not theoretical. Real.
E — End It. The client makes a conscious decision to terminate the old identity.
T — Transfer Identity. A new identity is anchored — specific, embodied, immediate.
This is not a process you read about. It is a skill you develop through practice. But once you have it, you will never coach the same way again.
